Ingredients
- Raw Chicken Breast
- Cherry Tomato
- Fresh mozzarella
- Baby Spinach
- Extra virgin oil
- Garlic cloves
- Fresh Basil
- Fresh Basil
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Season the chicken with salt, pepper and dried basil.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken for about 6 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
- 3.In the same pan, sauté the garlic, then add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
- 4.Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
- 5.Return the chicken to the pan, top with the mozzarella and cover for 2 minutes until slightly melted.
- 6.Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
