Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Fresh mozzarella
  • Baby Spinach
  • Extra virgin oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Fresh Basil
  • Fresh Basil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the chicken with salt, pepper and dried basil.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken for about 6 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3.In the same pan, sauté the garlic, then add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. 4.Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. 5.Return the chicken to the pan, top with the mozzarella and cover for 2 minutes until slightly melted.
  6. 6.Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
