  • Blue Grenadier Fillet
  • Dry Soba Noodle
  • Bok Choy
  • Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Ginger
  • Spring Onion

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions and drain.
  2. 2.Season the fish with soy sauce and ginger.
  3. 3.Heat the sesame oil and cook the fish for 4 minutes on each side.
  4. 4.In the same pan, cook the garlic for 30 seconds, then add the bok choy and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  5. 5.Toss in the noodles with the remaining soy sauce.
  6. 6.Serve the fish over the noodles and garnish with spring onion.
