- Blue Grenadier Fillet
- Dry Soba Noodle
- Bok Choy
- Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Garlic cloves
- Ginger

Instructions
- 1.Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions and drain.
- 2.Season the fish with soy sauce and ginger.
- 3.Heat the sesame oil and cook the fish for 4 minutes on each side.
- 4.In the same pan, cook the garlic for 30 seconds, then add the bok choy and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- 5.Toss in the noodles with the remaining soy sauce.
- 6.Serve the fish over the noodles and garnish with spring onion.
