Ingredients
- organic rolled oats
- Whey Protein Isolate
- Yop Vanilla Yoghurt
- Lotus Biscoff Smooth Spread
- Cavendish Banana
- Cinnamon, ground
- Lotus Biscoff Biscuits
- Water
Instructions
- 1.In a pot, combine rolled oats with water and cook over medium heat until thickened.
- 2.Remove from heat and stir in the protein powder and half of the yoghurt until smooth. Vanilla or salted caramel flavoured protein powder and protein yoghurt works best.
- 3.Transfer to a bowl and top with the remaining yoghurt, sliced banana, and a drizzle of biscoff.
- 4.Dust with cinnamon and top with a crushed biscoff biscuit.
