Ingredients

  • organic rolled oats
  • Whey Protein Isolate
  • Yop Vanilla Yoghurt
  • Lotus Biscoff Smooth Spread
  • Cavendish Banana
  • Cinnamon, ground
  • Lotus Biscoff Biscuits
  • Water

Instructions

  1. 1.In a pot, combine rolled oats with water and cook over medium heat until thickened.
  2. 2.Remove from heat and stir in the protein powder and half of the yoghurt until smooth. Vanilla or salted caramel flavoured protein powder and protein yoghurt works best.
  3. 3.Transfer to a bowl and top with the remaining yoghurt, sliced banana, and a drizzle of biscoff.
  4. 4.Dust with cinnamon and top with a crushed biscoff biscuit.
