- Simply Egg Whites
- High protein yoghurt
- Rolled Oats
- Lotus Biscoff Smooth Spread
- Cavendish Banana
- Cinnamon, ground
Instructions
- 1.In a blender, combine the rolled oats, egg whites, half the Greek yoghurt, banana, and cinnamon until smooth.
- 2.Pour the batter into a microwave-safe bowl or ramekin.
- 3.Place the Biscoff spread in the very centre of the batter, pushing it down slightly.
- 4.Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes until the edges are set but the centre remains slightly soft.
- 5.Top with the remaining Greek yoghurt and serve immediately while the centre is molten.
