Ingredients

  • Simply Egg Whites
  • High protein yoghurt
  • Rolled Oats
  • Lotus Biscoff Smooth Spread
  • Cavendish Banana
  • Cinnamon, ground

Instructions

  1. 1.In a blender, combine the rolled oats, egg whites, half the Greek yoghurt, banana, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. 2.Pour the batter into a microwave-safe bowl or ramekin.
  3. 3.Place the Biscoff spread in the very centre of the batter, pushing it down slightly.
  4. 4.Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes until the edges are set but the centre remains slightly soft.
  5. 5.Top with the remaining Greek yoghurt and serve immediately while the centre is molten.
