Ingredients

  • Boiled Brown Rice
  • Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Baby Spinach
  • Eggs
  • Sesame Oil
  • Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2.Add half of the sesame oil.
  3. 3.Cook the grated carrot for about 2 minutes, then transfer it to a plate.
  4. 4.In the same pan, cook the spinach for 1 minute and set aside.
  5. 5.Add the remaining sesame oil.
  6. 6.Cook the beef strips for about 4 minutes, stirring until browned.
  7. 7.Stir in the soy sauce.
  8. 8.In a separate frying pan, cook the egg to your preferred doneness.
  9. 9.Place the warm rice in a serving bowl.
  10. 10.Arrange the beef, carrots, spinach and egg neatly on top of the rice, keeping each ingredient separate.
  11. 11.Serve with sesame seeds before eating.
