Ingredients
- Boiled Brown Rice
- Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Baby Spinach
- Eggs
- Sesame Oil
- Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
- Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1.Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- 2.Add half of the sesame oil.
- 3.Cook the grated carrot for about 2 minutes, then transfer it to a plate.
- 4.In the same pan, cook the spinach for 1 minute and set aside.
- 5.Add the remaining sesame oil.
- 6.Cook the beef strips for about 4 minutes, stirring until browned.
- 7.Stir in the soy sauce.
- 8.In a separate frying pan, cook the egg to your preferred doneness.
- 9.Place the warm rice in a serving bowl.
- 10.Arrange the beef, carrots, spinach and egg neatly on top of the rice, keeping each ingredient separate.
- 11.Serve with sesame seeds before eating.
