Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats
  • Milk
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Chia Seeds
  • Mixed Berries
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. 1.Place the rolled oats, milk, yoghurt and chia seeds in a jar or container with a lid.
  2. 2.Stir well until combined.
  3. 3.Add half of the berries.
  4. 4.Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. 5.In the morning, stir again.
  6. 6.Top with the remaining berries and drizzle with honey before serving.
