- Milk
- Greek Yogurt

- Mixed Berries
- Honey
Instructions
- 1.Place the rolled oats, milk, yoghurt and chia seeds in a jar or container with a lid.
- 2.Stir well until combined.
- 3.Add half of the berries.
- 4.Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- 5.In the morning, stir again.
- 6.Top with the remaining berries and drizzle with honey before serving.
