Ingredients
- Rolled Oats
- Wholemeal Spelt Flour
- Egg
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Honey
- Cinnamon, ground
- Mixed Berries
- Yellow Nectarine
- High Protein Plain Yoghurt
- Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- 1.Combine the oats and flour in a large bowl.
- 2.Whisk the eggs, milk, honey, vanilla and cinnamon in a jug until combined.
- 3.Pour over oat mixture. Stir until well combined. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to soak.
- 4.Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Lightly spray a 1L (4 cup) baking dish with oil.
- 5.Stir berries through oat mixture. Pour into prepared dish. Slice the nectarines and arrange nectarine on top.
- 6.Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and set.
- 7.Top with yoghurt and extra honey.
