  • Chick Peas
  • Baby Spinach
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Garlic cloves
  • Olive Oil
  • Ground Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Curly Parsley
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the beef with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the beef for 8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3.Cook the garlic and tomatoes for 2 minutes.
  4. 4.Add the chickpeas and cook for another 6 minutes.
  5. 5.Stir in the spinach until wilted.
  6. 6.Return the beef to the pan, toss everything together, and finish with parsley.
