- Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
- Egg Noodles
- Crispy Broccoli Florets
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Red Onion
- Oyster Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Garlic, peeled
- Ginger
- Red Chilli
Instructions
- 1.Cut the meat into thin slices.
- 2.Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
- 3.Add sesame oil and quickly sear the beef for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 4.Stir-fry garlic, ginger, and chilli.
- 5.Add vegetables and cook for 3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- 6.Return beef to the pan.
- 7.Add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- 8.Toss through the noodles until evenly coated.
