Ingredients

  • Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
  • Egg Noodles
  • Crispy Broccoli Florets
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Red Onion
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Garlic, peeled
  • Ginger
  • Red Chilli

Instructions

  1. 1.Cut the meat into thin slices.
  2. 2.Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
  3. 3.Add sesame oil and quickly sear the beef for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4.Stir-fry garlic, ginger, and chilli.
  5. 5.Add vegetables and cook for 3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  6. 6.Return beef to the pan.
  7. 7.Add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  8. 8.Toss through the noodles until evenly coated.
