- Raw Beef Sirloin Steak - lean
- Potato
- Green Beans
- Olive Oil
- Greek Yogurt
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes, until very soft.
- 2.While the potatoes cook, steam or boil the green beans for 4–5 minutes.
- 3.Heat a frying pan over high heat with the olive oil.
- 4.Season the steak with salt and pepper and cook for 3–4 minutes per side for medium doneness.
- 5.Drain the potatoes and mash them with the Greek yogurt until smooth.
- 6.Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
- 7.Serve the steak with the mashed potatoes and green beans.
