Ingredients

  • Raw Beef Sirloin Steak - lean
  • Potato
  • Green Beans
  • Olive Oil
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes, until very soft.
  2. 2.While the potatoes cook, steam or boil the green beans for 4–5 minutes.
  3. 3.Heat a frying pan over high heat with the olive oil.
  4. 4.Season the steak with salt and pepper and cook for 3–4 minutes per side for medium doneness.
  5. 5.Drain the potatoes and mash them with the Greek yogurt until smooth.
  6. 6.Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
