Ingredients

  • Raw Beef Sirloin Steak - lean
  • Fresh whole Mushrooms
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Thyme
  • Curly Parsley
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Raw Carrot - peeled

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil and cook the steak for 3–4 minutes per side. Rest for 5 minutes.
  3. 3.Cut the carrots and mushrooms.
  4. 4.Melt the butter in the same pan.
  5. 5.Add the carrots and cook for 8 minutes.
  6. 6.Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. 7.Stir in the garlic and thyme for 30 seconds.
  8. 8.Slice the steak and serve with the garlic mushrooms. Finish with parsley.
