Ingredients
- Raw Beef Sirloin Steak - lean
- Fresh whole Mushrooms
- Butter
- Olive Oil
- Garlic cloves
- Thyme
- Curly Parsley
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Raw Carrot - peeled
Instructions
- 1.Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- 2.Heat the olive oil and cook the steak for 3–4 minutes per side. Rest for 5 minutes.
- 3.Cut the carrots and mushrooms.
- 4.Melt the butter in the same pan.
- 5.Add the carrots and cook for 8 minutes.
- 6.Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
- 7.Stir in the garlic and thyme for 30 seconds.
- 8.Slice the steak and serve with the garlic mushrooms. Finish with parsley.
