Ingredients

  • Raw Beef Fillet Steak
  • Mixed Leaf Garden Salad
  • Purple Sweet Potato
  • Cucumber baby
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Olive Oil
  • Dijon Mustard
  • lemon juice
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Italian Herb Mix

Instructions

  1. 1.Cut the sweet potato into small cubes.
  2. 2.Roast or air fry the sweet potato for approximately 15 minutes with olive oil, salt, and herbs.
  3. 3.Season the beef fillet with salt and pepper.
  4. 4.Heat a frying pan until very hot.
  5. 5.Sear the steak for approximately 3–4 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
  6. 6.Let the steak rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
  7. 7.Assemble the salad with leaves, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
  8. 8.Mix lemon juice and Dijon mustard to make the dressing.
  9. 9.Slice the steak and serve on top of the salad with the roasted sweet potato.
