Ingredients

  • Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Kalamata olives
  • Red Onion
  • Garlic cloves
  • Olive Oil
  • Dried Oregano
  • Paprika
  • Greek Feta Cheese
  • Curly Parsley
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the steak with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3.Cook the steak for 3–4 minutes per side (or to your preferred doneness). Remove and rest for 5 minutes.
  4. 4.In the same pan, cook the onion for 3 minutes, then add the garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. 5.Add the cherry tomatoes and olives, cooking for 3–4 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
  6. 6.Slice the steak and return it to the pan for 1 minute.
  7. 7.Top with feta and parsley before serving.
