Ingredients
- Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
- Cherry Tomato
- Kalamata olives
- Red Onion
- Garlic cloves
- Olive Oil
- Dried Oregano
- Paprika
- Greek Feta Cheese
- Curly Parsley
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Season the steak with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 3.Cook the steak for 3–4 minutes per side (or to your preferred doneness). Remove and rest for 5 minutes.
- 4.In the same pan, cook the onion for 3 minutes, then add the garlic for 30 seconds.
- 5.Add the cherry tomatoes and olives, cooking for 3–4 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
- 6.Slice the steak and return it to the pan for 1 minute.
- 7.Top with feta and parsley before serving.
