Ingredients

  • Extra Lean Beef Mince
  • Wholemeal Bread
  • Garlic cloves
  • Parmesan
  • Italian Herb Mix
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Potato
  • Olive Oil
  • Dried Rosemary
  • ITALIAN TOMATO PASSATA

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2.Toss the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes until golden.
  3. 3.Mix the beef mince with breadcrumbs, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Shape into small meatballs.
  4. 4.Cook the meatballs in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat for 8 minutes, turning regularly.
  5. 5.Pour the tomato passata into the pan and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. 6.Remove the potatoes from the oven.
  7. 7.Serve the meatballs with tomato sauce and the herb-roasted potatoes.
