- Extra Lean Beef Mince
- Wholemeal Bread
- Garlic cloves
- Parmesan
- Italian Herb Mix
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Potato
- Olive Oil
- Dried Rosemary
- ITALIAN TOMATO PASSATA
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2.Toss the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes until golden.
- 3.Mix the beef mince with breadcrumbs, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Shape into small meatballs.
- 4.Cook the meatballs in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat for 8 minutes, turning regularly.
- 5.Pour the tomato passata into the pan and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 6.Remove the potatoes from the oven.
- 7.Serve the meatballs with tomato sauce and the herb-roasted potatoes.
