- Raw Beef Fillet Steak
- Wholemeal Wheat Pasta - dry
- Crushed Tomatoes
- Garlic cloves
- Cherry Tomato
- Spinach
- Olive Oil
- Parmesan Cheese Block
- Fresh Basil
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- 2.Season the beef strips with salt and pepper.
- 3.Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
- 4.Cook the beef for 3–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- 5.In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- 6.Add crushed tomatoes and cherry tomatoes.
- 7.Simmer the sauce for 8–10 minutes.
- 8.Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- 9.Mix the pasta with the tomato sauce.
- 10.Add the beef strips and finish with parmesan and fresh basil.
