Ingredients

  • Raw Beef Fillet Steak
  • Wholemeal Wheat Pasta - dry
  • Crushed Tomatoes
  • Garlic cloves
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Spinach
  • Olive Oil
  • Parmesan Cheese Block
  • Fresh Basil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. 2.Season the beef strips with salt and pepper.
  3. 3.Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  4. 4.Cook the beef for 3–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  5. 5.In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  6. 6.Add crushed tomatoes and cherry tomatoes.
  7. 7.Simmer the sauce for 8–10 minutes.
  8. 8.Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  9. 9.Mix the pasta with the tomato sauce.
  10. 10.Add the beef strips and finish with parmesan and fresh basil.
