Ingredients

  • Extra Lean Beef Mince
  • Chick Peas
  • Zucchini
  • Baby Spinach
  • High protein yoghurt
  • Lemon, Raw with Peel
  • Fresh Oregano

Instructions

  1. 1.In a hot pan, brown the Lean Beef Mince for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked and slightly crispy.
  2. 2.Add the Oregano and a squeeze of Lemon to the beef and stir well to infuse the flavours.
  3. 3.Add the sliced Zucchini and drained Chickpeas to the pan, cooking for a further 4-5 minutes until the zucchini is tender.
  4. 4.Toss in the Spinach and stir for 1 minute until just wilted into the mixture.
  5. 5.Transfer to a plate and top with a dollop of Greek Yoghurt for a creamy high-protein finish.
