Ingredients
- Extra Lean Beef Mince
- Chick Peas
- Zucchini
- Baby Spinach
- High protein yoghurt
- Lemon, Raw with Peel
- Fresh Oregano
Instructions
- 1.In a hot pan, brown the Lean Beef Mince for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked and slightly crispy.
- 2.Add the Oregano and a squeeze of Lemon to the beef and stir well to infuse the flavours.
- 3.Add the sliced Zucchini and drained Chickpeas to the pan, cooking for a further 4-5 minutes until the zucchini is tender.
- 4.Toss in the Spinach and stir for 1 minute until just wilted into the mixture.
- 5.Transfer to a plate and top with a dollop of Greek Yoghurt for a creamy high-protein finish.
