  • Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
  • Soy Sauce
  • Honey
  • Sesame Oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Ginger
  • Baby Spinach
  • Boiled White Rice
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Add the beef and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. 2.Cook the beef in a hot frying pan for about 5 minutes.
  3. 3.Add the spinach and cook until just wilted.
  4. 4.Serve over the rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
