Ingredients
- Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
- Zucchini
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Sesame Oil
- Garlic cloves
- Ginger
- Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
- Honey
- Sesame Seeds
- Spring Onion
Instructions
- 1.In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey and grated ginger, then add the beef and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
- 2.Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- 3.Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4.Add the beef and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until browned but still tender.
- 5.Stir in the carrot and cook for 2 minutes.
- 6.Add the zucchini and cook for another 3 minutes until just tender while stirring frequently.
- 7.Pour any remaining marinade into the pan and cook for 1 minute until lightly glazed.
- 8.Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion, then serve immediately with steamed brown rice if desired.
