  • Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
  • Kent Pumpkin
  • Olive Oil
  • Rosemary
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2.Toss the pumpkin with half the olive oil and rosemary.
  3. 3.Spread on a baking tray and roast for 15 minutes.
  4. 4.Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  5. 5.Heat the remaining olive oil in a frying pan.
  6. 6.Cook the steak for 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  7. 7.Rest the steak for 2 minutes.
