Ingredients

  • Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
  • Potato
  • Olive Oil
  • Red Capsicum
  • Red Onion
  • Garlic cloves
  • Paprika
  • Dried Oregano
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Bring a small saucepan of water to the boil and cook the potatoes for 8 minutes. Drain well.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3.Add the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until lightly browned.
  4. 4.Add the onion, capsicum and garlic, then cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. 5.Stir in the beef strips, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.
  6. 6.Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  7. 7.Serve hot with extra black pepper if desired.
