Ingredients
- Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
- Potato
- Olive Oil
- Red Capsicum
- Red Onion
- Garlic cloves
- Paprika
- Dried Oregano
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Bring a small saucepan of water to the boil and cook the potatoes for 8 minutes. Drain well.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 3.Add the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until lightly browned.
- 4.Add the onion, capsicum and garlic, then cook for another 3 minutes.
- 5.Stir in the beef strips, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.
- 6.Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the beef is browned and cooked through.
- 7.Serve hot with extra black pepper if desired.
