Ingredients
- Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Red Capsicum
- Australian Snow Peas
- Olive Oil
- Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
- Garlic, peeled
- Ginger
- Uncooked Brown Rice
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 2.Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3.Add the beef strips and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently until browned.
- 4.Add the carrot, capsicum and snow peas.
- 5.Stir-fry the vegetables for 4–5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- 6.Stir in the soy sauce and mix well.
- 7.Serve immediately over warm brown rice.
