Ingredients

  • Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Red Capsicum
  • Australian Snow Peas
  • Olive Oil
  • Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
  • Garlic, peeled
  • Ginger
  • Uncooked Brown Rice
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. 2.Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3.Add the beef strips and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently until browned.
  4. 4.Add the carrot, capsicum and snow peas.
  5. 5.Stir-fry the vegetables for 4–5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  6. 6.Stir in the soy sauce and mix well.
  7. 7.Serve immediately over warm brown rice.
