Instructions

  2. 2.Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Ensure chicken reaches 75°C internal temperature.

  5. 5.Layer spinach leaves onto the avocado, then top with the warm grilled chicken strips.
