Ingredients

  • Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
  • Australian Snow Peas
  • Red Onion
  • Garlic cloves
  • Ginger
  • Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Brown Sugar
  • Jasmine Rice
  • Fresh Basil

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the meat with basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2.Heat a frying pan over high heat.
  3. 3.Cook the beef for 3–4 minutes until browned.
  4. 4.Add the onion, garlic, ginger and snow peas. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. 5.Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce and brown sugar.
  6. 6.Add the basil leaves and cook for 30 seconds.
  7. 7.Serve with the jasmine rice.
