- Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
- Australian Snow Peas
- Red Onion
- Garlic cloves
- Ginger
- Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
- Oyster Sauce
- Brown Sugar
- Jasmine Rice
- Fresh Basil
Instructions
- 1.Season the meat with basil, salt, and pepper.
- 2.Heat a frying pan over high heat.
- 3.Cook the beef for 3–4 minutes until browned.
- 4.Add the onion, garlic, ginger and snow peas. Cook for another 3 minutes.
- 5.Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce and brown sugar.
- 6.Add the basil leaves and cook for 30 seconds.
- 7.Serve with the jasmine rice.
