  • White Quinoa
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber baby
  • Curly Parsley

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the quinoa according to the packet instructions if not already prepared.
  2. 2.Combine the quinoa, tomato, cucumber, parsley, olive oil, and half the lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. 3.Season the barramundi with salt, pepper, and the remaining lemon juice.
