- Barramundi Fillet
- Potato
- Green Asparagus
- Olive Oil
- Garlic powder
- lemon juice
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2.Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper, then roast for 15 minutes.
- 3.Add the asparagus to the tray and gently coat with the remaining oil from the tray.
- 4.Season the barramundi with salt and pepper and place it beside the vegetables.
- 5.Bake everything for another 10–12 minutes, until the fish flakes easily.
- 6.Remove the tray from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish.
- 7.Serve immediately.
