Ingredients

  • Barramundi Fillet
  • Potato
  • Green Asparagus
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic powder
  • lemon juice
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2.Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper, then roast for 15 minutes.
  3. 3.Add the asparagus to the tray and gently coat with the remaining oil from the tray.
  4. 4.Season the barramundi with salt and pepper and place it beside the vegetables.
  5. 5.Bake everything for another 10–12 minutes, until the fish flakes easily.
  6. 6.Remove the tray from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish.
  7. 7.Serve immediately.
