Ingredients

  • Barramundi Fillet
  • Potato
  • Olive Oil
  • Curly Parsley
  • Garlic powder
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • lemon juice
  • Green Beans

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2.Toss the potatoes with olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. 3.Roast the potatoes for 20 minutes, turning once during cooking.
  4. 4.Steam or boil the green beans for 4–5 minutes until tender.
  5. 5.Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and cook the barramundi for 4–5 minutes per side, until the fish flakes easily.
  6. 6.Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked fish.
  7. 7.Serve the barramundi with the roasted potatoes and green beans.
