- Barramundi Fillet
- Potato
- Olive Oil
- Curly Parsley
- Garlic powder
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- lemon juice
- Green Beans
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2.Toss the potatoes with olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- 3.Roast the potatoes for 20 minutes, turning once during cooking.
- 4.Steam or boil the green beans for 4–5 minutes until tender.
- 5.Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and cook the barramundi for 4–5 minutes per side, until the fish flakes easily.
- 6.Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked fish.
- 7.Serve the barramundi with the roasted potatoes and green beans.
