Ingredients
- Barramundi Fillet
- Uncooked Brown Rice
- Crispy Broccoli Florets
- Olive Oil
- Garlic cloves
- lemon juice
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Curly Parsley
Instructions
- 1.Cook the rice brown according to the instructions.
- 2.Season the barramundi with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- 3.Steam or boil the broccoli for 3 minutes and drain.
- 4.Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 5.Cook the fish for 4 minutes on one side, then turn and cook for another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
- 6.Remove the fish. In the same pan, cook the garlic for 30 seconds, then toss in the broccoli for 2 minutes.
- 7.Serve with the brown rice and garnish with parsley if desired.
