Ingredients

  • Raw Broccoli
  • Baby Carisma potatoes
  • Baby Carrot
  • Raw Beef Sausage
  • Gravy Powder
  • Green Beans
  • Skim Milk

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the sausages in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  2. 2.While the sausages are cooking, bring a pot of water to boil. Add the chopped potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Drain and return them to the pot.
  3. 3.Add the milk to the potatoes, and mash them until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4.In a separate pan, bring a small amount of water to a boil and add the vegetables. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until tender. Drain the vegetables and set aside.
  5. 5.To make the gravy follow the packet instructions.
  6. 6.To serve, place a serving of mashed potato on the plate. Top with sausages and vegetables, and spoon the gravy over everything.
