Ingredients
- Raw Broccoli
- Baby Carisma potatoes
- Baby Carrot
- Raw Beef Sausage
- Gravy Powder
- Green Beans
- Skim Milk
Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the sausages in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- 2.While the sausages are cooking, bring a pot of water to boil. Add the chopped potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Drain and return them to the pot.
- 3.Add the milk to the potatoes, and mash them until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4.In a separate pan, bring a small amount of water to a boil and add the vegetables. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until tender. Drain the vegetables and set aside.
- 5.To make the gravy follow the packet instructions.
- 6.To serve, place a serving of mashed potato on the plate. Top with sausages and vegetables, and spoon the gravy over everything.
