Instructions
- 1.Mash the banana in a medium bowl until smooth.
- 2.Add the egg and whisk until well combined.
- 3.Stir in the whey protein, rolled oats, cinnamon (if using), and baking powder until a smooth batter forms.
- 4.Heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat and lightly grease with olive oil spray or butter.
- 5.Pour half of the batter into the pan and cook for about 3–4 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface.
- 6.Flip carefully and cook for another 2–3 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- 7.Repeat with the remaining batter and serve immediately.
