Instructions

  1. 1.Mash the banana in a medium bowl until smooth.
  2. 2.Add the egg and whisk until well combined.
  3. 3.Stir in the whey protein, rolled oats, cinnamon (if using), and baking powder until a smooth batter forms.
  4. 4.Heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat and lightly grease with olive oil spray or butter.
  5. 5.Pour half of the batter into the pan and cook for about 3–4 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface.
  6. 6.Flip carefully and cook for another 2–3 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. 7.Repeat with the remaining batter and serve immediately.
