Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets
  • Potato
  • Crispy Broccoli Florets
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Curly Parsley
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2.Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.
  3. 3.Add the broccoli and salmon to the same tray.
  4. 4.Sprinkle parsley, salt and pepper over the salmon.
  5. 5.Return the tray to the oven and cook for another 10–12 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily.
  6. 6.Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
  7. 7.Serve immediately while everything is hot.
