Ingredients
- Salmon Fillets
- Potato
- Crispy Broccoli Florets
- Olive Oil
- Garlic powder
- Curly Parsley
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- lemon juice
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2.Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.
- 3.Add the broccoli and salmon to the same tray.
- 4.Sprinkle parsley, salt and pepper over the salmon.
- 5.Return the tray to the oven and cook for another 10–12 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily.
- 6.Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
- 7.Serve immediately while everything is hot.
