Ingredients
- Raw Chicken Breast
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Sweetcorn Kernals
- Olive Oil
- Garlic cloves
- Dried Oregano
- Dried Rosemary
- Parmesan Cheese Block
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Continental Parsley
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2.Place the chicken breast in a small baking dish.
- 3.Arrange the carrot slices and sweetcorn around the chicken.
- 4.Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and vegetables.
- 5.Sprinkle the garlic, oregano, rosemary, salt and black pepper evenly over everything.
- 6.Bake for 30 minutes.
- 7.Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the chicken and vegetables.
- 8.Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is lightly golden and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.
- 9.Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
