- Blue Grenadier Fillet
- Pumpkin
- Olive Oil
- Paprika
- Garlic cloves
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Curly Parsley
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).
- 2.Toss the pumpkin with olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
- 3.Season the fish with salt, pepper and garlic.
- 4.Add the fish to the tray for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
- 5.Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
