  • Blue Grenadier Fillet
  • Pumpkin
  • Olive Oil
  • Paprika
  • Garlic cloves
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Curly Parsley

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).
  2. 2.Toss the pumpkin with olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
  3. 3.Season the fish with salt, pepper and garlic.
  4. 4.Add the fish to the tray for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
  5. 5.Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
