Ingredients
- Light Tasty Shredded Cheddar1 count
- Bacon60 g
- Eggs1 count
- HASH BROWNS75 g
- High Protein Low Carb Wholemeal Wrap1 count
- BARBEQUE sauce - Reduced Sugar20 ml
Instructions
- 1.Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the hashbrown and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- 2.In the same pan, cook the bacon for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until crispy.
- 3.In the same pan, crack the egg and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are to your desire.
- 4.Assemble wraps by spreading sauce on wrap. Top with cheese, a cooked hashbrown, bacon, and fried egg.
- 5.Roll up wrap tightly and slice in half. Serve immediately.
