Ingredients

  • Light Tasty Shredded Cheddar1 count
  • Bacon60 g
  • Eggs1 count
  • HASH BROWNS75 g
  • High Protein Low Carb Wholemeal Wrap1 count
  • BARBEQUE sauce - Reduced Sugar20 ml

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the hashbrown and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. 2.In the same pan, cook the bacon for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until crispy.
  3. 3.In the same pan, crack the egg and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are to your desire.
  4. 4.Assemble wraps by spreading sauce on wrap. Top with cheese, a cooked hashbrown, bacon, and fried egg.
  5. 5.Roll up wrap tightly and slice in half. Serve immediately.
