Ingredients
- Raw Pork Fillet
- White Tortilla
- Cos Lettuce
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Hass Avocado
- Plain Yoghurt
- Wholegrain Mustard
- lemon juice
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Season the pork with salt and pepper.
- 2.Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 3.Cook the pork for about 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- 4.Remove from the pan and let it rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
- 5.In a small bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, wholegrain mustard, and lemon juice.
- 6.Warm the tortilla in a dry frying pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
- 7.Spread the yoghurt dressing over the tortilla.
- 8.Layer the lettuce, grated carrot, sliced avocado, and pork.
- 9.Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
- 10.Slice in half and serve immediately.
