Ingredients

  • Apple75 g
  • Blueberries25 g
  • Caster Sugar1 g
  • Eggs0.05 count
  • Raw Puff Pastry - with butter50 g

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your oven to 200c.
  2. 2.On a floured surface, roll out one sheet of puff pastry into 50g circles onto a pre-lined baking tray.
  3. 3.In a small bowl, combine the sliced apples, blueberries, and sugar, pour the mixture into the centre of the circle of pastry and fold it over to make a half-moon shape. Using your finger, rub a small amount of water around the edge of the pastry and use a fork to press the edges down, making sure it is sealed properly all the way around.
  4. 4.Crack your egg into a small bowl and whisk it with a fork, brush the beaten egg over the top of the pastry.
  5. 5.Bake the pies in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. 6.Let the pies cool before serving.
