How do I manage my Platify subscription?

By the Platify team

You manage your Platify subscription from your Profile, not a separate billing page. Apple handles all payment and billing for App Store subscriptions, so tapping Manage subscription opens your subscription management screen inside the app, where you can see your plan, change it, restore a purchase or contact support.

Where do I find my subscription settings?

  1. Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner of any tab.
  2. Scroll to Subscription.
  3. Tap Manage subscription.

This opens your subscription management screen without leaving Platify. It's provided by Apple's payment partner, so it always reflects your real Apple ID purchase history.

What can I do from there?

  • See which plan you're on and when it next renews.
  • Switch between the weekly plan and the annual plan.
  • Restore a purchase you already made.
  • Contact support about a billing question.

Where do I see what I'm paying?

Your current plan and its next renewal date show on the subscription management screen. Apple shows the exact price on the App Store purchase screen, because Apple handles the billing.

Why does Apple manage my billing, not Platify?

Platify sells Premium as an Apple App Store subscription. Apple takes the payment, stores your card details, and controls billing, cancellation and refunds. Platify only receives confirmation that your subscription is active, so we never see or store your card details ourselves.

What if I don't see a Manage subscription option?

If you're on the free plan and have never purchased Premium, you'll see an option to upgrade in that row instead. Once you've purchased at least once, both Manage subscription and Restore purchases appear under Subscription in your Profile.
