How do I get a refund?

Money worries are stressful, especially for a subscription you're not using. Refunds for Platify purchases are decided and processed by Apple, not by us, since every payment goes through the App Store. We can't issue a refund ourselves, but we can point you to the right place and help with anything else.
How do I request a refund from Apple?
- Open the App Store app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your profile icon, then tap Purchase History (or go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID).
- Find the Platify charge and choose Report a Problem.
- Follow Apple's prompts to request a refund.
These are Apple's own screens, so the exact wording can change over time, and Apple makes the final decision, not Platify.
Why doesn't Platify process refunds itself?
Every Platify subscription is an Apple App Store purchase. Apple takes the payment and controls refunds for App Store purchases, the same as for any other app. We simply don't have a way to refund an App Store charge from our side.
Does a refund also cancel my subscription?
No, they're separate. A refund is about money already paid; cancelling stops future payments. If you want both, cancel your subscription in Manage subscription as well as requesting the refund.

Can Platify refund me directly?
No. All Platify payments go through Apple's App Store, so Apple decides and processes every refund. We can help with anything else, but the refund itself has to come from Apple.
Does asking for a refund cancel my subscription too?
No, they're separate steps. If you don't want to be charged again, cancel in Manage subscription as well.
