Your meal plan
How do I build a fresh plan? (Premium)
By the Platify team
On Premium, tap the plan button to start a fresh week: pick one or two recipes for each meal type, review your whole week, then save it. From then on, a new plan is automatically built for you after every weekly check-in. Free members keep the plan they got at onboarding for this week in their Diary; this article covers building a brand new one, which needs Premium.
How do I pick my meals?
Choose one or two recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and any snacks. If you pick two for a meal type, they alternate across the week, so you get variety without picking seven separate meals.
What happens when I review my week?
Before anything is saved, you see the whole week laid out day by day, with each meal's title and calories. Only once you confirm does the plan actually save.
Do I have to build a plan every week?
No. After you complete your weekly check-in, your next week's plan is built for you automatically and is ready in the Plan tab, so you only need to pick meals by hand when you want to change things up.
Building this way, and rebuilding your plan automatically each week, needs Premium. Your first plan from onboarding stays free to use from the Diary. See the related articles below for the full free versus Premium breakdown.
