Our approach
Can I really eat my favourite foods?
By the Platify team
Yes. Platify builds your plan around a taste profile of foods you actually like, so your favourites are part of the approach rather than something to avoid. There are no banned food groups and no rigid rule list. The coaching works with your calorie and macro targets, fitting foods you enjoy around them instead of taking them away.
How does Platify know what I like?
During setup you swipe through foods, including proteins, vegetables, carbs and grains, and fruit, to build your taste profile. You can update it anytime from Profile, under Your favourites, adding or removing ingredients and cuisines as your tastes change.
Does "eat your favourite foods" mean anything goes?
Not quite. Your plan still works toward your calorie and macro targets, so favourites are fitted around those numbers rather than replacing them. The approach is sustainable: no keto, no carnivore, no fasting rules and no food group left off the table.
What if a suggested meal isn't something I'd choose?
If a meal in your plan doesn't suit you, swipe it in your Diary and tap Swap to pick a different recipe, free on any plan. Premium adds a deeper way to change what's in a meal, inside the Plan tab.
Frequently asked
Does that mean I can eat anything, anytime?
Your plan still works toward your calorie and macro targets, so favourites are fitted around those numbers rather than replacing them. It's flexibility within a target, not no target at all.
What if I don't like a suggested meal?
You can swap meals or ingredients that don't suit you, and update your taste profile anytime from Profile, under Your favourites.
