Progress and weight
How do I log my weight?
By the Platify team
Tap Log weight on your Progress tab, dial in the number, and save. Recording a weigh-in is part of Premium, and you can log as many times a day as you like. If you weigh in more than once on the same day, your trend uses the average of that day's entries rather than a separate point for each one.
Can I log my weight more than once a day?
Yes. There is no limit on how many times you weigh in on a given day. This matters if you like to check in more than once, or if you correct a mis-typed entry by adding a fresh one instead of editing it.
Why does logging weight need Premium?
Weight tracking, the weekly check-in and the rest of the Nutrition Coach sit together as part of Premium. Free members can still see their status verdict on the Progress tab; the weigh-in recorder itself is the Premium piece.
How do I edit or delete a weigh-in?
Long-press a row in your weigh-in history to open it for editing, change the number or date, and save. From the same screen you can delete the entry instead, with a confirmation step so nothing goes missing by accident.
What happens to old weigh-ins?
Every weigh-in stays in your history until you delete it. Editing a weigh-in updates it in place rather than creating a duplicate, so your chart and your history always match.
Frequently asked
Do I need Premium to see my status verdict?
No. Your status verdict on the Progress tab is available on the free plan. Recording a new weigh-in is the part that needs Premium.
What if I forget to weigh in for a few days?
Nothing is lost. Your trend picks up again once you log your next weigh-in; missed days do not reset your history.
