Getting started
Creating your account and signing in
By the Platify team
Creating a Platify account takes one tap: sign in with your Apple account or your Google account. There's no separate password to create or remember, and no username to choose. The same account signs you back in if you reinstall the app or switch to a new phone.
How do I create an account?
During setup, choose "Continue with Apple" or "Continue with Google" and approve the prompt from Apple or Google. Your Platify account is created automatically the first time you sign in this way.
How do I sign back in?
Open Platify and choose the same Apple or Google account you used before. You'll land back in your account with your data as you left it.
Why only Apple and Google?
Using an account you already have means one less password to manage, and Apple or Google looks after keeping your sign-in secure. It also means your account can't be locked out by a forgotten password.
What if I can't sign in?
Make sure you're choosing the same Apple or Google account you originally signed up with. If a prompt from Apple or Google doesn't appear, check that you're connected to the internet and try again. If you're still stuck, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
Frequently asked
Can I sign in with an email address and password?
No. Platify uses Apple and Google sign-in only, so there's no password to create, forget or reset.
What if I don't have an Apple ID or a Google account?
You'll need one of the two to use Platify. Both are free to set up if you don't already have one.
