Ingredients
- Rolled Oats
- High Protein Plain Yoghurt
- Honey
- Ricotta Light
- Espresso Coffee
- Water
- Chocochino Drinking Chocolate
- Cavendish Banana
Instructions
- 1.Add oats, water and espresso shot to a small pot.
- 2.Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick and voluminous. Add a splash of additional water if needed.
- 3.Whisk the Greek yoghurt, ricotta, and honey together in a separate bowl until smooth.
- 4.Layer the cooked oats into a jar or bowl, followed by a layer of the yoghurt mixture.
- 5.Top with sliced banana and dust with a little Chocochino powder.
- 6.Refrigerate for 2 hours or eat immediately.
