Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats
  • High Protein Plain Yoghurt
  • Honey
  • Ricotta Light
  • Espresso Coffee
  • Water
  • Chocochino Drinking Chocolate
  • Cavendish Banana

Instructions

  1. 1.Add oats, water and espresso shot to a small pot.
  2. 2.Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick and voluminous. Add a splash of additional water if needed.
  3. 3.Whisk the Greek yoghurt, ricotta, and honey together in a separate bowl until smooth.
  4. 4.Layer the cooked oats into a jar or bowl, followed by a layer of the yoghurt mixture.
  5. 5.Top with sliced banana and dust with a little Chocochino powder.
  6. 6.Refrigerate for 2 hours or eat immediately.
