Instructions
- 1.Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
- 2.Heat sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Ensure chicken reaches 75°C internal temperature.
- 3.Add honey and soy sauce to the frying pan. Toss the chicken for 1 minute, until the sauce thickens and coats the meat.
- 4.Grate the carrot and slice the cucumber into thin matchsticks.
- 5.Briefly dip one sheet of rice paper at a time into a bowl of warm water for 5 seconds, until just softened. Lay flat on a clean surface.
- 6.Place a portion of the chicken and vegetables in the centre of the rice paper. Fold the bottom and sides over the filling, and roll up tightly. Repeat for remaining sheets.
