Instructions

  1. 1.Grate the carrot and slice the cucumber into thin matchsticks.
  2. 2.Briefly dip one sheet of rice paper into a bowl of warm water for 5-10 seconds until pliable.
  3. 3.Lay the rice paper flat and place a portion of tinned tuna, avocado, carrot, and cucumber in the centre.
  4. 4.Drizzle with a small amount of sesame oil and add a few coriander leaves.
  5. 5.Fold the bottom of the rice paper over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll up tightly.
  6. 6.Repeat for the remaining sheets and serve immediately as a fresh snack.
