Instructions
- 1.Grate the carrot and slice the cucumber into thin matchsticks.
- 2.Briefly dip one sheet of rice paper into a bowl of warm water for 5-10 seconds until pliable.
- 3.Lay the rice paper flat and place a portion of tinned tuna, avocado, carrot, and cucumber in the centre.
- 4.Drizzle with a small amount of sesame oil and add a few coriander leaves.
- 5.Fold the bottom of the rice paper over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll up tightly.
- 6.Repeat for the remaining sheets and serve immediately as a fresh snack.
