Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • rice noodles
  • Simply nuts natural peanut butter
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Raw Broccoli
  • Ginger

Instructions

  1. 1.Soak the Rice Noodles in boiling water for 5-8 minutes until tender, then drain.
  2. 2.Slice the Chicken Breast into thin strips and season lightly.
  3. 3.Heat Sesame Oil in a wok and stir-fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
  4. 4.Add the Broccoli florets and grated Ginger, stir-frying for another 3 minutes with a splash of water.
  5. 5.Whisk the Peanut Butter and Soy Sauce together with a teaspoon of warm water to create a sauce.
  6. 6.Toss the noodles and satay sauce into the wok, mixing well for 1 minute before serving.
