Ingredients

  • Silken Tofu
  • Edamame
  • Rice
  • Raw Broccoli
  • Red Capsicum
  • Soy Sauce
  • Garlic, peeled

Instructions

  1. 1.Press Tofu to remove excess water, then cube into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2.Heat a non-stick pan over high heat and sear Tofu for 5-6 minutes until golden on all sides.
  3. 3.Add Broccoli, Capsicum, and Edamame to the pan with a splash of water to steam-fry for 3 minutes.
  4. 4.Stir in the crushed Garlic and Soy Sauce, tossing for 1-2 minutes until the sauce coats everything.
  5. 5.Serve the massive veggie and protein mix over the cooked Rice.
  6. 6.Garnish with extra black pepper or chilli flakes if desired.
