Ingredients
- Silken Tofu
- Edamame
- Rice
- Raw Broccoli
- Red Capsicum
- Soy Sauce
- Garlic, peeled
Instructions
- 1.Press Tofu to remove excess water, then cube into bite-sized pieces.
- 2.Heat a non-stick pan over high heat and sear Tofu for 5-6 minutes until golden on all sides.
- 3.Add Broccoli, Capsicum, and Edamame to the pan with a splash of water to steam-fry for 3 minutes.
- 4.Stir in the crushed Garlic and Soy Sauce, tossing for 1-2 minutes until the sauce coats everything.
- 5.Serve the massive veggie and protein mix over the cooked Rice.
- 6.Garnish with extra black pepper or chilli flakes if desired.
