- Penne
- Extra Lean Beef Mince
- Olive Oil
- Red Onion
- Garlic cloves
- Crushed tomatoes
- Greek Yogurt
- Fresh Basil
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Parmesan Cheese Block
Instructions
- 1.Cook the penne according to the packet instructions.
- 2.Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
- 3.Add the beef mince and cook until browned.
- 4.Stir in the crushed tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper, then simmer for 8 minutes.
- 5.Remove from the heat, stir through the Greek yoghurt, combine with the pasta and finish with Parmesan.
- 6.Serve immediately.
