  • Penne
  • Extra Lean Beef Mince
  • Olive Oil
  • Red Onion
  • Garlic cloves
  • Crushed tomatoes
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh Basil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Parmesan Cheese Block

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the penne according to the packet instructions.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
  3. 3.Add the beef mince and cook until browned.
  4. 4.Stir in the crushed tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper, then simmer for 8 minutes.
  5. 5.Remove from the heat, stir through the Greek yoghurt, combine with the pasta and finish with Parmesan.
  6. 6.Serve immediately.
