Ingredients
- Raw Pork Fillet
- Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Honey
- Garlic cloves
- Ginger
- Red Onion
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Spring Onion
- Uncooked Brown Rice
- Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1.In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- 2.Add the pork and mix well to coat.
- 3.Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
- 4.While the pork is marinating, prepare the vegetables.
- 5.Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 6.Add the pork together with the marinade.
- 7.Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 8.Add the onion and carrot.
- 9.Continue cooking for another 3–4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.
- 10.Remove from the heat.
- 11.Spoon the brown rice into a serving bowl and top with the pork mixture.
- 12.Garnish with sliced spring onion and toasted sesame seeds.
