Ingredients
- Extra Lean Beef Mince
- Brown Rice
- Red Capsicum
- Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Garlic, peeled
- Chilli flakes
Instructions
- 1.Cook the Basmati Rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- 2.Heat Sesame Oil in a pan over high heat and add minced garlic and chilli flakes.
- 3.Add the Lean Beef Mince, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
- 4.Toss in the diced Capsicum and cook for a further 2 minutes until slightly softened.
- 5.Pour in the Soy Sauce and stir through for 1 minute to glaze the beef.
- 6.Serve the beef over the rice and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
