Ingredients

  • Extra Lean Beef Mince
  • Brown Rice
  • Red Capsicum
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Garlic, peeled
  • Chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the Basmati Rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. 2.Heat Sesame Oil in a pan over high heat and add minced garlic and chilli flakes.
  3. 3.Add the Lean Beef Mince, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
  4. 4.Toss in the diced Capsicum and cook for a further 2 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. 5.Pour in the Soy Sauce and stir through for 1 minute to glaze the beef.
  6. 6.Serve the beef over the rice and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
