  • Hass Avocado
  • Eggs
  • lemon juice
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepperoni
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Fill a small saucepan with water and bring it to a boil
  2. 2.While the water heats, toast the bread until crispy.
  3. 3.In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork.
  4. 4.Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5.Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to low.
